Hotel is super clean and well located. Walking distance to the local features and food spot. Staff were very friendly. Joyce was very friendly, and thoughtful. My wife wasn’t feeling well, she take a special trip to visit her and brought her drinks to see how she was doing. Can’t express the gratitude, and detail to attention all staff committed too.

Newest Beitou onsen hotel

Very spacious room with private hotspring, hot and cold in the bath area. The public hotspring area is fantastic and clean. The swimming pool is very nice and clean, about 18m in length.

Family friendly new hot springs hotel

It was our first visit to Beitou and chose to stay here since we heard good reviews for their Yilan branch. The place was more modest than expected but service was top notch. The room is comfy for three of us and very clean and view was great. Location is also very central. The car drop off location is a bit tricky as it’s easy to miss.

FANTASTIC LUXURIOUS STAY

The best hotel we've been to for years. The public hotspring and the in-room onsen had everything you need. Complimentary face masks, drinks and snacks in the room. They restock every day. The magnolia products made everything smell soooo good.The interior decor was fantastatic. Happy hour with free alcoholic drinks and snacks. This is the best hotel if you want to visit the Thermal Valley and everything nearby. 2 min walk from Xinbeitou MRT, just look uphill at your left at the exit.

午後5時からがお得！

新北投へはよく行くが、駅近の「ホテルロイヤル北投」に泊まるのが殆どであった。今回久々に行くので、新しくできたWellspring by Silks Beitou　を選んだ。部屋は１４階でバルコニーからの街並みもよかった。 特筆するべきは、高級ホテルのクラブラウンジのように、１階（2階？）に午後5時からワインやビールなどの飲み物、食べ物が、無料で自由にいただくことができ、皆さん利用していました。子どもたちも喜ぶものがあり、家族で楽しめる場所になっていました。 一つ残念だったのは、グランドヴィユーリゾート北投やアジアパアシフィックホテル北投、そしてこのホテルのように、後から建設されたホテルほど、温泉（硫黄泉）の濃度が低くなっているようで、白濁も殆どなかったです。 あとは、値段なりの待遇を受けられましたので、よかったです。
