I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. "Definitely not a 5-star experience - we were initially assigned a room with a strong smell of mould; though we did manage to change rooms. The rooms themselves were very much unpolished, there was a deep hole in the sofa, and the sofa itself was stained. The bathroom was unfinished, with sealant being poorly applied throughout the bathtub. We also used the gym, which was subpar by even 4 star standards! The breakfast was good, and the pool was also good."

Staff attention to rooms daily was prompt and conscientious. Convenient location a short walk to the main Karon beach and to nearby markets and stores."
