"Great location and the rooms a very pleasant surprise after opening the door from the stairs and discovering a large 'ruined" piece of carpet. Need to repair th at asap as it gives a very poor impression of what to expect your room mKe look like. Would definitely stay again (would love to try the units) and also recommend to others"

"The hotel was lovely. Well maintained and staff helpful and happy. It was very quiet at night. Also positioned in the town for easy walking access to the shops. The lovely quilting and wool shop next door was a welcomed bonus."

"Great customer service, immaculately clean and central location. Would book again without hesitation. Only one small problem, they should provide mats for bathroom floor as modern showers tend to disperse water onto floor and this is a potential slip hazard on tiles"

"The bathroom floor tiles were disgusting and for people that have disabilities. There was no bowls for cereal and no tea bags of welcoming biscuits. We were in unit 1 with no outside table and chairs to sit down, when we asked if we could get tea bags, she said that they were on her shopping list!!! Blood splatters near entrance on brick path, no plants in pots, only dirt and cigarette butts. The worst motel I’ve ever stayed in and paid $119! Never again!"

"The room was clean and all amenities good. Quite so easy to sleep although very thin walls. Needs some maintenance though - bulb missing from bedside lamp, soap holder broken off in shower and air con not working at all. "

"Bed comfortable, breakfast good, bathroom good. No table in room and only 1 chair. When we ordered a meal with room service we asked for a second chair but reception staff had gone home. Food was good but we had to use the ironing board at the end of the bed for a table for us to have our meal."
