“The location is excellent, but the stay itself fell short in several ways. One member of the front desk team came across as unfriendly, and a light in my room was broken. I was also incorrectly charged for the minibar, which was only refunded after I called twice. In addition, the bank pre-authorization took three days to be released. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've had in Australia in ten years.”

“Other than the lack of water pressure in the shower, it was great.”

“The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room. The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end. The basin in the bathroom was very very low. The shower needed a good scrub. Better quality toilet paper,so thin.”
