โJust WOW! What a wonderful find, and it's a must-visit. The staff, food, service, rooms, and wonderful patrons made this a highlight of my trip to Wales.
This is a little gem, and you must go out of your way to stay and dine in the restaurant. โ
โLovely stay on the waterfront - parking can be a little tricky to spot the entrance, but once located easy to access.

Loved the extra touches like posh hot chocolate and biscuits as part of the tea and coffee supplies in room and water, milk and orange juice in fridge in room.
Selection of books to read on shelf and safe for security.
Location is fab. Right in the centre of Barmouth.

โExcellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable.
Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, ยฃ7 for a day.
In all, an excellent break. โ

โA warm welcome, lovely room with a view to the sea. Room is modern and clean, just right. Location perfect, a 2 minute walk to the sea front, would stay again.โ
โCame for a weekend away. This is our 5/6th time here. Our room was fresh and nice carpet's and well presented plus lovely shower. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. We always go 2nd floor and Seaview. Just so lovely watching the world go by from the chair at the window. We always include a trip to the Italian restaurant at the same time. Will come again. Bonus onsite carparking. โ
โWe absolutely loved the property and Olivethe girl that checked us in and waited the bar was absolutely wonderful the bathrooms in the room were brand new but for some reason we couldn't figure out how to get hot waterโ
โThoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Ideal location for Fairbourne and surrounding area - you need to go to Dolgellau, Barmouth and try the Precipice Walk and Creggannan Lakes which were lovely walks with stunning views. Nice to get some milk and Welsh cakes which were lovely. Cottage was clean and comfortable, only minor negative was limited information about what to do at check out time, local contacts etc. and there wasnโt much in terms of cleaning equipment apart from a broom so couldnโt do...
โVery comfortable and relaxing stay. Stay in the flats , rooms are spacious , beds comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

โAmazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. Thanks for a great stay! โ
