"The hotel was very clean. Check in and out went smooth. Overall the kids really enjoyed our stay. "

"Everything was wonderful, but the elevators kept breaking down. I’ve been there three times and never experienced any breakdowns before. Also, my air conditioner was VERY loud! Maintenance came to fix it, but that only worked temporarily. I’ll still go back there, but I hope everything is fixed."

Not very accessible for those in a wheelchair or a scooter. The staff were great. We did have different experiences with staff at different restaurants. "

"No beach to walk or ocean to swim in. The staff tells you everything you want hear and then they don’t do anything thing they said they would do. Paid for “VIP” and definitely was not shown that. Also!! The Big one they told me on 2 different days that we did not pay. I had to argue with them for about an hour even with proof. It took a second manager to settle it and then when we checked out they said we did not pay again. Also, they told me they might not our driver I to pick us up, that we would have to walk to the road. Lucky for us they let him in. "
