โI planned to stay for 2 nights but extended to 3 rd night , hopefully with a discounted rate on a Monday but not given, Stayed anyway due to Comfort , beautiful beach area , surrounding, bar was great too. Room 1614 was cozy & clean.โ
โThis is a great place for a family to stay for a family holiday (we stayed for 3 weeks). Modern, clean and safe. Each room has own on-suite bathroom. They clean twice a week, which is great! There is a convenience shop at the bottom of the hotel, a lovely pool, a beach with beach sports (company called Seafarers - great guys and I would recommend them any day). Overall, the comfort of the hotel apartments helped make this one of our best family holidays ever. I would go back if I ever come back...
โFor the price itโs good value for money itโs very quiet and great location the hotel cat is also the loveliest cat so pls feed it wet food it made the stay very special โ
โBed not comfy. Pillow too high. Big Bedroom on 3rd flr, one section (nearer the entrance bed) can't feel the aircon draft and warm even with fan.
Staff service is superb. Very assuring and attentive. Very nice villa and awesome view of sea.โ

While I kind of liked the setup of the Apartment some proper and professional renovation would do a lot of good, and overall cleaning would help. The major problem was that there were plenty of creepy crawlers and my daughter got bitten or whatever on the arm that we had to see a specialist at a hospital. We got informed this been a so-called "Charly Ant" and now, 10 Days after our daughter still has...

Location is ok - halfway between Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi.
Cleanliness of property was not great - there was hair in the showers and the sink was blocked.
Struggled to get responses sometimes.โ
