“The location was great. Close to train, cruise port and restaurants. The views were beautiful from the balcony. Breakfast could be better especially coffee, Room was clean and comfortable.”

“We did not need breakfast but they had basic items including some eggs.”

“Very poor customer service in every aspect. The room and the location were pretty good. There was no staff at the location, which was expected, and the information on how to get into the room was good. The front door was bashed in and there was no lock on it. The inside door to the rooms area was always left open by the other tenants and it wasn't very secure. The staff do not answer questions and do not respond to anything. For instance, they insisted multiple time that this must be paid...
