"It's literally an abandoned hospital building with hotel furnitures. The hallways smelled terrible, and our room was quite dirty too. The shared bathrooms were from the past century, all dirty and unmaintained. The (wheelchair) accessible toilet didn't have a toilet seat.
It was a terrible experience, don't recommend it to anyone."

"The service here was amazing! They provided everything we needed, including toiletries and clean towels. The complimentary shuttle bus was a huge help and made getting around so much easier. The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of options. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and very helpful at reception, and the breakfast staff were just as friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families."
