"Was advertised in Hotels.com as a 9.4 hotel. Excellent? Was not impressed with the breakfast in the morning. It was advertised as " top rated ".Did not agree with their rating. The manager said it was a new concept for HILTON. Bagel breakfast bar. No hot food or waffles available. I personally reserved this hotel on line since it was advertised as a Hilton hotel. Not even close to a Hilton property. Would not stay at this hotel again!"

"I am a senior traveling with my service dog. I was given a ground floor room and until about 2:30 AM the room above me was doing renovations. I even at 12:30 went outside to see the window open and lights on and a ladder. as far as I could tell my car was the only one in front of that wing of the hotel. When I told this to the desk in the morning they acted like they didn't have a clue. I got maybe 2 hours sleep in a crappy room dirty tub and lots of noise. will never stay at a quality Inn again."

"Staff was great, spa was green and couldn’t get in. Halls/hallway were too hot. Breakfast was serviceable. Rooms could have been much cleaner. I found dog food in my room and fries behind the dresser."

"No one available to check me in at 3:45pm. No one answered either phone number listed. Remote for the TV did not work. Window latch did not work - so window could be easily opened from outside the room. Cigarette butts on the ground outside the door (no smoking allowed anywhere on the property). Light burned out in the bathroom. Overall, very disappointed"
