"The Grand isn’t so grand looking extremely tired, stain on our bedroom ceiling shower unable to control, sink didn’t drain, the bar area full of dirty glasses abbit disappointed with our visit, the mould on yhe gluten free bread was awful at breakfast"

"The cleaner was very pleasant and helpful. On the first morning she adjusted the shower unit so that the water wasn't dangerously hot. Toilet roll was not replaced one day. The bed was well made. Some dust left on the table and TV screen."
