“Upon arrival, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, and we were not greeted or made to feel welcome at reception. While the property is very clean, it feels quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The furniture and curtains, in particular, give the impression that little has been updated since the 1980s.”
