Very noisy on the Hwy 15 side!
My room was on the HWY 15 side and was very noisy not to get asleep especially during the night. I asked the hotel to change my room and fortunately i got a new one next day on the other side. It was much much different.

The front parking lot is not designed well and could be redesigned to provide more parking spaces. Besides being a little small, the parking lot gets used by next door fast food restaurants. That said, the hotel is good one and definitely one of my “go to” hotels in the area!

The bathroom shower needs new grout and the sink vanity is stained and beat up. The bed and bedding was excellent.

Elevator was super slow & the dining area was a bit warm and stuffy. Otherwise, loved all the mirrors in the bedroom!! Definitely a plus when more than 1 person is getting ready at the same time.

It was a bit noisy through the night from the adjacent freeway, but overall the accommodations were satisfactory.

This Hotel is dated and needs to be renovated. The tub needed to be replaced the pool is dirty and the Jacuzzi did not function. Not very good for the money. Do yourself a favor and book 5 mil3s up the freeway at the new H.I. Express.

Overall, our stay was good. The room and common areas were clean, staff was professional and friendly. The hotel could use a facelift. Two lamps in our room didn't have switches to turn on/off; the floor lamp we had to plug/unplug at the outlet for light, the other was the bedside lamp with two switches. One was missing. The pool and jacuzzi didn't look appealing. May just be old but looked "murky".

Overly expensive and fire sprinklers went off in the room, front desk had only one staff member, so could not help with our issue until the sprinkler had already turned off. Only good was the breakfast.

Room was ok for clean but it smelt like an old age home. All the windows needed a clean and the window in our room had a broken frame. The breakfast was very plentiful and tasty, the beds were good.

The reception staff were very friendly and checked me in even earlier than expected. My room is very clean, well appointed, and spacious. Just minutes away from the Old Town by car and right off of the I-15.

There was mildew in the shower. The carpets in the hallway were visibly dirty. The pool and jacuzzi area was a bit dirty as well. There were many shopping and dining options nearby which was a plus, particularly since breakfast was limited.

This property is extremely dated and not updated. Whoever owns it should reinvest because that was a one and done for me. Typical Holiday Inn Express locations are modern and clean, this one is not!
