“Front desk team was excellent. The laundry machine that is second from the left looks like a dryer but it’s a washer, accidentally washed my clothes twice instead of drying them. That machine looks just like my dryer at home. A super sign for that machine would be very helpful - I had to pay again for the dryer. The property was “Okay” for the price but because it has a premium for being next door to Old Town Temecula and wine country I would have expected the “gravy” money to go to upgrades...

“Good location. We hang out with friends, the room was big enough to have 6 people, Morning coffee was the only disappointed part. It would be nice to have a dark roast coffee.”

“My room was dirty. No housekeeping available. We cleaned ourselves.”

“Gym and free breakfast were great amenities. Refrigerator was large for hotel room as was the entire room. Will stay again when in the area.”

“Not expecting it to be this bad, as it sits right in the heart of old town. Very disappointed with my stay & rude management.”
