Disliked: Cleanliness
Drawers under the master bed were dirty. The gas grill was rusted out, full of leaves, and was not functional so we couldn't BBQ. No instructions on how to use the complicated thermostats for the air- conditioning. Both easy chairs in the living room were unusable, as the had broken legs. The curtain rod in the upstairs hallway bathroom shower fell down. Artwork was missing in one frame on the living room wall. The trash cans were full, and had not been put out at the last pickup. The master bathroom door squeaks loudly. Not good when your spouse is sleeping. WD 40 would cure that. There was a general lack of maintenance. The neighborhood and house are very nice. The house just needs to be better maintained
