The hotel isn't finished, everything around the pool had bleach on it, all my friend's clothes were ruined. I told the owner and still there's no response. We also had to buy clothes. When we arrived at the affiliated restaurant, they "couldn't find" our reservation until 45 minutes later, only to serve us a terrible breakfast. “We loved our time at this unique property. We stayed in the family room (which was well-appointed and very clean). The food was delightful and we enjoyed the welcome drinks at check-in since we're Expedia VIPs. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive. Our kids loved the pool and kayaking on the lake. They also had a cute activity where the kids could pick veggies from their garden and they served them up for breakfast. “We loved our stay here. Everything was good and the view is stunning. Communication was good through WhatsApp. The only thing I would say I had an issue with was the daily cleaning. It didn’t happen, but we asked extra towels and they did bring them. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! ”
