This town is like something straight out of a horror movie. The hacienda was fantastic, but darkly so, the Internet was out for the length of our visit and the RM had a poopicle which required me or my partner to leave the RM in order to maintain any semabalance of privacy. If you like creepy haciendas with what could be cursed relics, this may be the perfect spot for you.

Todo en excelente orden, la habitación limpia, las instalaciones limpias, mucho lugar para recorrer, se recomienda hacer recorrido en todas las instalaciones, el restaurante con buena comida y muy atentos, todo perfecto

Extraordinaria experiencia, el trato y el servicio con excepcionales. La habitación en donde estuvimos era muy comoda y todos los espacios son muy bonitos. El respeto por el entorno y la naturaleza es notable. Seguramente regresaremos.

El hotel es muy bonito, con habitaciones amplias, los alrededores ofrecen diversas actividades, como visita al sitio arqueológico de Cantona o las lagunas cráter. El restaurante del hotel es muy rico, con platillos tradicionales y un buen sasón. Sin embargo, lamentablemente durante nuestra estancia el internet no funcionaba, y tampoco la chimenea de nuestra habitación, al intentar encenderla se llenó la habitación de humo. Tampoco estaban disponibles todas las amenidades del SPA que anuncian en el hotel. Es una pena pues causa cierta decepción al enterarse que no todo lo que anuncian está disponible.
