โCheck in was seamless and very pleasant. The room that we stayed in had such breathtaking views and could not be happier to choose Il Verreno over the other options. I cannot wait to recommend this place to others who are planning on visiting the area.โ
โThe staff (Laura, Elena, Svetlana and Serena) were fantastic and extremely helpful. The breakfast was magnificent. The parking (down a ramp) was convenient but do not even try to drive into the townโs narrow and twisty streets. Hotel should warn drivers to arrive at the parking lot off the highway (give clear directions) and not enter town. There are 2 good restaurants within 5 and 10 minutes by car but ask the staff to help you make reservations. A wonderful experience. The only complaint was...
โWe arrived late but warmly welcomed by the staff. Very quaint hotel but best part was waking up to the beautiful Tuscan landscape from our room! Breakfast was delicious as well. Beautiful terrace to take in the views as well. Wish we'd had another night there! โ
โThis is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay.โ
