“Was disappointed, I have mobility problems & lift going down was not working. Beds didn't get made so tea, coffee etc didnt get topped up. No instructions how heating worked, no fire exit instructions. Corridors didn't get hoovered. Needs good refurbishment. Plenty of parking so not a problem. ”

“Room was in general lovely and clean however, there had been something splashed up the wall next to the bed which needed a good wipe! Location was great for what I needed and onsite pub handy. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice and easy check-in and out. Food in pub was good.”

This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year”

“Our room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It was clean and also had 2 x easy chairs. The ensuite was was also sizeable. With a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. WiFi reception was good. Range of cooked breakfast was good and the food was excellent. Continental breakfast items were also available. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. We would stay again.”

“Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. There are lovely walks to be had around the site and the coast is around a 30 minute drive. We had a delicious homemade pizza from the...
