“We booked for my birthday in January. Arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception very friendly and polite. Our double room had a window with river view. It was very clean and spacious with sofa, tv, tea and coffee facilities, Coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. A lovely card with a birthday message and box of chocolates on the table. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Had a drink in their bar area. Views of 02 from the deck is lovely. We had breakfast included which was very nice,...

“시설도 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 너무너무 좋았습니다. 영국에서 지내는동안 편히 쉬다가 왔습니다.”

“기본적으로 제공되는 무료조식과 언제든지 이용가능하고 매일 리필되는 신선한 과일과 돌아다닐때 들고 다니기 편한 생수 제공과 매일매일 청소해주고 필요한만큼 쓸 수 있는 타월등 다른곳에서 숙박하면 숙박할 수록 이곳에서 제공되던 서비스가 그리워집니다. 숙소에서 30분내로 런던내의 거의 모든 관광지도 갈 수 있으며 직원분들의 응대도 인종차별같은 문제없어 언제든 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점을 꼽자면 런던튜브 기준으로 2-3존에 위치해서 오이스터카드로 지하철이용시 추가요금이 더 과금되는점입니다. 하지만 버스를 이용하면 신경 쓰지 않아도 되는 부분이라 큰 문제없을 것입니다. 진짜 5박6일동안 편하게 지내다 다른곳으로 이동했으며 다시 런던여행을 가게될시 다시 한번 투숙할 의향이 있는 가격대비 아주 좋은 호텔입니다!”
