“Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. “Strong smell of curry in apartment, intrusive host and hidden cameras found in apartment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ”

“No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

“I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

“부활절휴가기간 3박4일을 묵었습니다. 가격과 주변 underground만 보고 선택했습니다. 1층에 빠가 있는데 음악소리로 밤12시까지 잠을 잘수 없음. 1인실 묵었으나 청결하지 않음. 화장실 샤워공용이나 문이 닫히지 않음. 아침 식사를 8시30분에 준다고 했으나 그시간 식당 바닥 청소하고 있음-달라고 하면 줌.시내까지 거리 엄청 멀며 바로옆 wanstead park 역은 시내선로와 연결이 안되어 있어 stratford 역까지 버스타야함.약 20분 .버스내려 호텔까지 15분 도보. stratford 역에서 시내까지 약 30분.이상입니다.”

“We booked this as it was near Stratford and we were going to the theatre at Stratford East. It was a bit of a walk, but that was fine. The room served a purpose and was adequate, if you want tea/coffee in your room collect it from the reception area (there is a kettle in the room) bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and tbh we had a great nights sleep- there was no 'City View' but we had a lovely church to look at... all in all it served a purpose as previously said. ... needs some big...
