In general the hotel amenities like laundry and spa are more expensive than what you can find around Hanoi, so we chose to go elsewhere. The restaurant staff were very accommodating of my wife’s celiac disease when we had breakfast there, even cooking her fresh food with clean pans so there was no chance of cross contamination. The location is excellent for exploring Hanoi. It’s close to train street and the old quarter, and within walking distance of a few of the museums that you’d want to go to on a first time visit of the city."
