“Front desk area and bar, always wonderful. Shower area on floor, can use some work and some kind of water buffer for how easy the shower water comes out again the exit wall”

“I stayed for five days. The housekeeping staff did NOT do a great job of cleaning most days I was there. Several days the bathroom was not cleaned properly, nor the trash taken out. I had to ask for clean towels on two separate occasions. The parking lot and areas outside the front doors had litter that remained for several days. The staff were very nice, and I appreciated their helpfulness when I asked for missed items. Overall, my stay was fine, and the room was comfortable.”

“The Gables was an amazing experience and we will be staying here for all of our trips to UPenn! It was walking distance to campus, Cesar was an amazing host and breakfast both mornings were unique and delicious! Our beautiful room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!”
