"We stayed in London last night. On this particular route we usually stay in Lexington or possibly in Knoxville. Apparently this weekend was graduation in both locations & the hotel stays were jacked up 3X the normal rates. Staying in London was a nice affordable alternative with plenty of amenities. We’ll probably stop here again in the future."

"Long check in times, one employee trying their best to handle the ridiculous check in process, had guests backed up to get checked in. Smells like it has been on fire. Paper thin walls, and no carpet in room made for an extremely loud room. Blinds for windows didn't work. Silicone around tub and sink looks like an amateur did the work, shower sucked, control valve would not stay in position kept falling and making the water scalding hot. Tub drained slow, standing in soap scum by the end of shower, washed my feet under the faucet after exiting the shower. Amateur that painted bathroom had paint all over the mirror and all towel racks like a land lord special. The baseboard style air conditioner did not keep a consistent temperature and was extremely loud. Without a doubt the worst holiday inn express I've ever stayed at. Hell one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at period. This is at best an $89 dollar a night hotel, not nearly $200 a night. Definitely disappointed, and will definitely find a different place to stay when I return."
