"Clean rooms, comfy beds, super friendly staff (front desk and breakfast) who actually talk to you and ask how you’re doing, good selection of breakfast (hot food, waffles, other baked goods, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice), plenty of parking, there’s a convenient back door with badge access that’s right by the elevator, and easy check-in and check-out that you can complete online. Most importantly, this place is at an affordable cost. I usually visit Charlotte once or twice a year for concerts. This will definitely be my new go-to hotel"

"Lobby smelled very strongly of cleaning product. Luckily the room was clean but not heavily scented. Sheets were clean and had no smell. Bed was very comfortable. Good value for easy access."
