Only negatives were that in the spa the steam room thermostat is not working properly- no steam coming out and the jacuzzi was not hot. Spa and in standard rooms - toiletries are minimal please could you supply hair conditioner. A plug next to the bedside would be handy to plug phones in"

"The thermostat in the room was not quite functional. It became hot and then cold. The maid service one day missed replenishing a number of things, but they brought the supplies when we called and gave us some chocolates. We forgot about things in the safe, and they called us and arranged to send back the items. This part was very good."
