"Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, beachfront, amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, water slides, and lazy river, game area with ping pong, close parking, 2 sinks in room, normal fridge/stove, comfy bed, great location. Cons: Took 15 mins for hot water to heat up in shower and sink. Purple glitter all over elevator entrance near spa door (was never vacuumed and tracked everywhere). Had to ask for extra towels twice per not enough for 3 people (but they were quick to give them). Only one tiny bar of soap for 3 people (but when I asked for 2 more, they dropped them by within 10 minutes).
Overall, great stay, wonderful time. Would come back."
