"Great family resort without breaking the bank. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Hotel had many on-site activities for the kids, 3 big water slides, water park was mini , lazy river, 5 pools and arcade. Also in close proximity to a pier. Where you car rent fishing equipment. My son caught his first fish all by himself."

"I was very disappointed in my room assignment. I paid for ocean front and got put in the Jamaican building in the very bottom… below the first floor. My only view was the pool. When requested a move to the type of room I paid for, I was told there was no availability. The resort was clean, The staff was polite."

"I LOVE this place. Of all the places I’ve stayed in Myrtle Beach, Sc this is by far my favorite and will be where I stay on my next visit! Won’t have to look any further! It’s so convenient, everything you need is right there, big bonus for the Starbucks on property! Very family friendly, gorgeous location. I mean, just excellent! My only request would be for cleaner floors in my room and a working phone number to call and speak with the hotel. We were trying to reach them about check in and the phone number was not working. Everything else was PERFECT! ps- go eat at the restaurant next door for lunch it’s AMAZING!"

"The rooms could used to be updated, but we’re clean. Keep one thing in mind. There are no USB connections for phone charging so make sure you bring something to where you can charge your phone. Lots of places for the kids to play will be back."
