"This property has great amenities and great staffers for housekeeping, maintenance (thanks Danny), event space attendants (thanks Tamika), bartenders, etc. However, the front desk staff are extremely rude, completely tone deaf, not warm or welcoming at all, & not accommodating. I was given misinformation several times about the TV being a smart TV with apps access (Netflix) & berated on "HOW" Im not working the tv correctly, when as it turns out, our particular TV didn't permit Netflix at all. Too bad I was to feel like an idiot for 1st. This was immediately after Ashley checked us in without a smile or greeting, & what I perceived to be an attitude. She talks AT you & not to you in a very condescending tone for no apparent reason, she doesn't listen so you have to repeat answers you've already given. Just all around not attentive or interested. To make matters worse my toddler had an asthma attack on our last day which landed us seeking medical help early that morning, so on the way back to the hotel around 9:45am, I called front desk to explain my situation & request an extra 15mins of checkout time for packing, to which I was coldly denied & told "we don't do late/extended checkouts here; you're welcome to stay on the property but u have to leave the room." I needed the extra time to PACK & gather my baby safely before getting on the road, not to lounge poolside. I complained to Ashley, while holding my sick baby, & she was uninterested & not compassionate at all."
