“Had to wait 40 min after check in time to get room. We were concerned since it was our anniversary and we had reservations that would have been in jeopardy if we had to waited 15 more min. However, we did not and we rushed it a bit and made it on time.. thoroughly enjoyed the few nights we stayed and next year on our anniversary we plan to add a day.”

“We stayed two nights at the main hotel. It was super clean! My only qualms were the small bathroom without a vanity area and the barn door to the bathroom that was rather squeaky and beat up in high touch point areas on said barn door. It had been painted over many times. Otherwise, all the employees we encountered were kind and gracious, there were fun freebies like popsicles! We had harbor views which were absolutely worth the upgrades. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ships go past...

“I went for a relaxing time, and it was all I found. The apartment is beautiful with ocean view, and you will want to stay there longer if you could!”

“Beautiful hotel overlooking the mountains. The Sunset Terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset while having a drink or dinner. Two large stone fireplaces in the main lobby add to the ambiance. The rooms are clean and well appointed. There are several restaurants to choose from, including an ice cream shop and gift shops. In my opinion the only place to stay in Asheville”

“You stay was okay. The TV's a little hard to figure out at first and the housekeeping doesn't come every day only on the day you leave and under the arrive. If you need any toiletries in the middle or towels or anything you need to go to the front desk which is kind of a stupid pain and because housekeeping is on the floor everyday just not in your room.
