"Breakfast is a buffet and was great!!! The breakfast blew my mind with how many options they had as well. Out of all of the resorts and hotels I’ve stayed at, the food blew the others out of the park. Never have seen so many options. Staff help was also excellent. The rooftop bar is a must do. The view was beautiful and is the tallest rooftop lounge in Chicago. Booking through Expedia is the way to go with this hotel for sure!!"

"I feel like we were catfished by the hotel. The bar that is supposedly in the hotel is not open and the lobby is empty of any amenities other than a TV playing movies. The staff wasn't friendly. They were polite when you draw their attention but they aren't going to interact with you unless you start the conversation. My husband and I stood at the front door trying to figure out how to get inside because some of the signage was confusing and when we call the phone number for the hotel there was no answer even though we could eventually see someone sitting at the front desk. Our room had several pieces of hardware that was not securely attached to the wall and the tile was chipped in the bathroom. The bed wasn't attached to the wall and squeaked anytime there was movement. Two days of our four day stay our room was not cleaned by housekeeping. The extras package is not available at the hotel location but at it's sister locations in other parts of the city so be mindful if you purchase it. The room was small but clean at check in. The L tracks run past the hotel so there is some train noise but it fades into the background as time passes. Overall the hotel is fine if you just want to have a place to sleep/shower. It's a nicer hostel and the L station is a 5 minute walk."

"The best part by far was the breakfast. Food was amazing, better than any restaurant, and they had options for dietary restrictions as well. Cleanliness was average. The bathroom we had was dimly lit and the mattress had a noticeable sag to it. The place has a lot of amenities, parking for larger vehicles is street only. Not great for booking last minute. The phone number is not answered, there’s no one on-site, and communication is via text and having to upload documents. Had to set this up once we arrived, and sat outside for a while before being able to get it. Booking ahead of time, I’m sure the experience is better. There were also political activism signs hung up inside which I could do without while on vacation. Staff were friendly and helpful."
