"Lovely lobby and grand staircase right next door to train station. Our room looked out onto platform 2. Hotel is a gracious older dame. Spacious. Comfortable but showing signs of age. "Our room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view of Loch Ness. The bathroom was nicely updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The restaurant also has a wonderful view of Loch Ness. The hotel also has a very nice gift shop on site with a great selection of items."
