Great hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Inverness. Nice friendly staff and room was spacious and clean. We didnt have breakfast there but it looked good too. Would definitely stay again!

Room is quite spacious and comfortable. We were given complimentary breakfast due to outage of hot water in bathroom. Location is quite convenient too, given the size of the town is quite small.

Mostly great service except for one time when the host decided to seat someone who came much after us before us and then insisted they came before. Rooms are small but comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful . There is only one small elevator.
