"The hotel was beautiful, the rooms even a deluxe king can be a bit tight for two people and their luggage but the bed was comfortable and the room was very nice. This asked me about the airport shuttle and that’s the first I heard of it. Had no clue if they had one. Asked for help finding a Walgreens or cvs and was only told of the hotel gift shop which was convenient but seemed silly to not tell me both of those were right around the block. The restaurants were delicious. The hotel was very conveniently located for seeing a lot of the sights."
"It would be hard to use words to describe how much i hated this hotel. there wasn’t anyone at the desk when i checked which i guess they don’t care about because you have to use a kiosk to check yourself in, then use the rfid machine to make your own key card. i did all that and went to the 7th floor with all my stuff and found that the key was for the wrong room. had to go back and re key. the room is absolutely the opposite of spacious. smaller than any NYC hotel i’ve stayed. the bed is shoved into the back of the room like a train bed. you have to lay down sideways to watch the tv and if you have someone with you they have to crawl over you to get out of the bed. you can then switch perpendicular to sleep but that leaves the bedside table at your feet. no glassware in the room. the desk, is maybe a foot wide at most and puts your back to the tv so if you want to work and watch cnbc you’re out of luck. the technology that controls the shades, lights and media works sporadically at best. this is the worse hotel experience i’ve had in a long time and i travel a lot. put on top of that the room rate which was exorbitant and it gets worse. there are too many hotels in boston to have to deal with this place. you’d be better off in a hostel. "
"elevator to parking didn't work. wifi was so weak, not effective. staff gave conflicting information and manager threw new staff member under the bus. very unpleasant experience.
breakfast staff was very pleasant. location good. expensive for service rendered. not up to hilton standards."
"Overall stay was great. The only area for improvement is the morning Buffett. More variety for the Brice would be great. The eggs looked like soup and the sausage appeared to be undercooked."
"Very nice place. Sink didnt drain so they had to call maintenance and in the artist towers, the faucet is so close to the sink you can barely use it. Also on the last night even though the air was on 67 it stayed 74 in the room which made it hard to sleep"
