"Overall, a great place. I rated it 4 stars because we asked for a late checkout, which was granted, but there were several incidents where cleaning staff kept trying to walk in. A few of the holders, like the toilet holder and towel holder, were broken, so the toilet paper would fall off. I was able to figure out the perfect position so it wouldn't fall off, but it was a little annoying. The previous tenants put tape on the wall and ceiling. I was able to easily pull the tape off the wall, but it was on the ceiling too, so, lying down, you saw it. Again, not that big of a deal, but sharing my experience. There was what looked like dried drywall mud splashed on the cabinet. The referigerator/freezer combo, there was water in the refrigerator. The floors were clean, and I felt fine walking barefoot, but overall, it wasn't the nicest Hyatt I've stayed in. Would I stay again? ... maybe to yes I think there are some people for whom the things I mentioned above would be irritating and demanding different things. I'm a lot less that way. I would stay here over some of the other hotels just because the omelet breakfast is amazing! It was cooked to perfection and the tropical juice ... mmmmm"

"Nice place, breakfast was great, although they could have used a few more tables. The lady in charge of the breakfast did a great job, she kept running back and forth to fill everything up, and in between had to help people at the front desk, she worked very hard! There were a lot of plugins to charge devices in the room - great for a family who has a number of devices. Would gladly stay here again."
