"We’ve stayed here twice since it’s conveniently located near Hershey Park and the staff are helpful. The rooms are clean but the bathrooms are very tight and the sink is outside of the bathroom."

"The design of the suite was excellent especially the design of the second bathroom to accommodate the people using the fold out couch. The furnishings and the supplies in the kitchen were excellent. And I was glad that they made an allowance for recycling. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovations. I understand that need to do the renovations in the summer season because there is still an outdoor pool to use. I was disappointed that they did not relay this information at the time we booked. We definitely would have looked at another hotel. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. hoping to get into our room, but had to wait over an hour before the room was available. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If we came back to this area, we would consider staying here again, but will definitely check about the indoor pool."
