I made a mistake and booked a one-night stay for May 31st, even though I arrived at midnight on May 30th for a connecting flight. Thankfully, there was a vacancy, and the front desk staff was able to change my reservation to May 30th for one night. Also, I needed a toothbrush, but the convenience store was closed, so the front desk kindly provided one for free.โ
โNo make up for the room, No pre-information. Also, the beer is so expensive at the bar and the staff is not kind if you do not give any Tips enough.โ
โEverything was great. We were able to have an early check in after a 12 hour long flight. Victoria was extremely helpful and kind!! She helped us out a lot. It is not a super well furnished hotel. It is old but very well maintained. Water pressure awesome. Cleanliness superb! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Toronto. Great job! (Breakfast was great too!!)โ
โWe had a lovely stay, will definitelycome back. Great location, clean rooms, comfy beds and excellent breakfast which was served on real plates, which we highly appreciate. Many other hotels still do plastic cutleries and paper plates, not thinking of the environmental impact. Extra cred to Kreshna and Yin at the reception. Thank you for walking the extra mile.โ
