"The pool area has no lounge chairs in the pool or on the patio, the pool floor has the same pattern and the stairs are hard to see. Breakfast was good over all but the coffee station doesn’t have baileys for coffee, champagne (after 11am) for mimosas, tequila, or tequila sunrise or many to any breakfast drinks. Room service was inconsistent with what they took care of. Sometimes I had clean towels sometimes I didn’t sometimes I had coffee sometimes I didn’t etc. The thermostat was so faded out. I had no idea what the temperature of my room was set to. The thermostat was not accommodating to foreigners given it only portrayed Celsius, and not Fahrenheit. Room service did not address with maintenance that the towel rack in the bathroom was broken. Instead of getting this address, they threw fresh towels on my bed. Not the most tech savvy person, but the TV was incredibly difficult to turn on and off. My impressions of this hotel was OK and not exceptional don’t feel I would consider staying here again."

"Apartment was disgusting, shower ceiling was leaking dripping water on me every time I stepped into the shower and they couldn't fix the issue despite my complaints. Shower was also clogged and wouldn't drain when I checked in. Walls are cracked and the unit is poorly maintained and dirty. Dust on all surfaces and the place is infested with cockroaches - I saw more than 20 during my short stay. Even the fridge didn't work until I got them to fix it. Considering this is supposed to be a "high-end l" apartment, this was a laughably bad stay. Avoid at all costs!"

"Room was so much in disarray and unidentified stains all over the sofa, I had to call and request a room change. They did however change me into a studio from a two bedroom. I am supposed to be getting 2/3 of my pay back, but that has yet to be seen. Every month and weekend there seems to be a festival (loud music) in Mactan Cebu; the bass is so loud it rattles the windows in the condo. I checked out early at 10 pm because this festival on 21 Feb 2026. It was still going at 10:45 pm and slotted to keep going until after 1 am. I’ll never be returning to Mactan Cebu in the near future. Over crowding, long lines, no infrastructure, rat and roach infestation, and the condo at both are in great need of renovations that will never happen. And then the constant bothering of MegaWorld staff trying to pawn these ran down condos off to stupid tourist ignorant to condo real estate. It is gross the amount of branding the MegaWorld has in this town; I’m not going to support anymore billionaires and their schemes; it feels like something is very wrong in this place from when I was here 8 years ago. I will give a two star only because they changed my room."

"Not happy about this condo style rent accommodation for my intired stay I had no water kettle,fridge not working properly,power cutting off early as 9am till 8 pm in one acasion.hostanagement never care of your needs I had to put up using my bath towel for my entire 7 nights stay Lenin no spare use one linen lightning bulb some not working.this kind of service worth $5 day so to speak.never again stay on this so called condo I'm rather stay in the hotel .good sorounding perfect area for visitors don't know much around complete amenities within.beaches Close by.accomodation never."

"The location is convenient, being close to groceries, restaurants, and several tourist spots. However, the condition of the condominium was quite rough. One of the air-conditioning units wasn’t working, and the others were not cooling properly. The internet also didn’t work, and despite contacting the host, no one came to fix it. Additionally, one of the bathrooms seemed to have a leak whenever the shower was used. Communication with the host was difficult—I could only reach out through Expedia, and responses were very limited. The host was kind, but overall communication was challenging."

"The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session. The biggest problem is check-in. Communication between the concierge, security, the agent & the property owner is nearly non-existant. I arrived at 1:30p for an early check-in & didn't get into a unit until 4:30p. I was offered a unit change due to issues with the wifi and didn't get into the next unit until 7:30p. After all of the wait time, the wifi was still horrible. The agent was very apologetic, but that didn't make up for the lost time. "

"The building is in a good location and in good condition. The problem is the unit itself is dirty. I can’t understand why they would not hire a crew to come in and scrub the bathrooms in particular, the floors are dirty, the tub is dirty, one of the sinks would not drain. It was pretty gross and if they’d just spend 30 minutes and use some cleanser and bleach the place would be fine. The living room is spacious and clean, the TV/Wi-Fi works well. The AC is particular but works. One unit in the living room did not work but if you crank both bedrooms and the other AC unit in the living rooms you get pretty good AC every where. But once you close your bedroom doors, the single working living room AC unit struggles a bit. But it’s not the worst. The refrigerator is good, the cooking equipment is beat up but functional. I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s too dirty. There’s nothing more gross than the idea of human waste, mold, and god knows what else in a bathroom. But if they cleaned, it would be fine and I would consider it again. The owner did try to pitch me on a condo sale but she took my “no” easily enough. "
