"I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Mactan Cebu. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was also beautiful! The only thing I would mention is that I booked the hotel thinking it was directly near the beach based on the photos and description. It is not actually beachfront, and you either need to take the hotel shuttle or walk about 10 minutes to reach the beach. I personally didn’t mind the walk, but I did find the description a little misleading. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the wonderful staff, beautiful views, and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again. ❤️"

"The best resort I have been to in Cebu. Impeccable service and everyone were very polite and courteous. They made me feel such a VIP from getting off the vehicle to checking in and throughout my entire stay. I would like to mention or call the attention of some of the employees: Eh la- Front office Filamer & Johndry ( Azure) Wendell- room service Claire- Saffron Johnny- Conceirge Merba- Housekeeping Kudos to everyone not mentioned especially the gardeners as well. I wished I could have stayed longer. I promise to return and bring guests with me."

"Nice resort right on the beach. There is a pool and a designated swimming area right off the adjacent beach. Breakfast was nice with a choice of American or Filipino favorites. Staff was friendly and helpful, and provided overnight laundry service. The only downside is it’s about a 20 minute walk back out to the main road where there are other shopping and restaurant choices. Not a deal breaker though, as Grab will come directly to the resort and take you wherever you need to go."
