"Thanks to rewards $$ thru Expedia we decided to stay in the Presidential Suite. Very nice room!! Bed was super comfortable. Jetted tub was definitely relaxing. Both tv remotes worked - which was great. Breakfast was very nice - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy - well stocked and tasty dishes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the couch in our room - not too comfortable. Overall - if you ever get to stay in this suite - you won't be disappointed."

"Room was smelling really bad, walls' paint in the room is pealing off, sink in the restroom had been broken, I had to remove the drain plug from the sink with my fingers, it wasn't attached to anything and just there to prevent water from draining. Morning was frustrating for the stuff because kitchen wasn't working, no breakfast was available. "

"Nice staff but several issues with hotel and room. Pool down. Outlets in bathroom area didn't work. Entire hallway sounded like a fish market. TV/Internet kept disconnecting. No iron or ironing board in room. And don't be oversold on the onsite bar and restaurant. Really just a cafe in the lobby."

"We were promised a check in at 2pm the day of per Henry when we called that morning as directed. He said to call around 1230pm to see if we could get in sooner but 2pm was guaranteed. We arrived at 1230 and were told to call every 1/2 hr by Mia as the room was no longer guaranteed. We checked every 30 min. Nothing, except some attitude from the front desk who were clearly fruatrated with my questions. At 330 we were told 4pm as the manager was the only person cleaning . At 404p we were told no room yet and thats when I demanded one. I was watching other event goers check in as normal yet our room wasnt ready at 4. This hotel made us arrive at our event 1 hr late, which also caused us to have to pay more for the uber due to the timing. They had other guests coming back after the event to check in. They agreed to a refund but I have not gotten it yet as they may have refunded someone elses card as the one listed on my invoice doesnt beling to me. They are currently looking in to it. I paid for this room in full in Jan. Not sure who's cc is listed on my bill. "
