The hotel is old and very poorly maintained. The bathroom sink was leaking and broken, and the sound of water dripping from the air conditioning kept us awake and interfered with our sleep.
The staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. We paid for breakfast but had to leave early for an early flight, so we asked if we could substitute it with lunch or dinner (we even suggested to pack extra if needed), or if they could simply pack us a breakfast-to-go. They flat out said “no” and refused to accommodate us in any way. They didn't try to help at all and clearly didn't care about our experience.
