โAmazing customer service i left few belongings and was given a call immediately by the reception lady the belongings were valuables which could have been easily lost or stolen but i really appreciate the house keeping staff and reception lady.Amazing job you guys thank you.!!!โ
โThe location was great. The initial lack of parking behind the hotel was tricky. Once we were able to park in an overflow parking lot, that was okay. โ

โGreat little unpretentious place to stay. Clean, comfortable bed, A/C a little noisy but worked well in super heat. Convenient for downtown Orillia, and quiet neighbourhood.โ
