Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. โThe owner is so friendly, and stopped to chat with my husband and I for quite a while. The house is beautiful, the courtyard quaint and pretty. It is so close to everything and very walkable.
