"Since I was staying less than 12 hours I did not bother to complain. The curtains did not close completely with the bright lights of the parking lot made it difficult to sleep among the many other problems"

"Unfortunately I had an issue with payment during check in. Staff handled the situation really poorly, instead of it being a relaxing stayed it was a tense one. The pool was great, basketball court as well. The first floor had wet floors from people walking from the pool to the elevators. Like actual puddles risking a fall. Our room was clean and spacious. Paid over $180 for one night. I expected better customer service for the price! "

"This hotel is always clean and ALWAYS friendly. I go there once a month for work and always see the same front desk folk and they are always so nice. The young gentleman from Germany who works nights is so kind and always greets everyone. Breakfast is good with multiple options, and there are loads of places to eat within 5-10 minutes, including a Target, etc close by. I recommend this place to everyone!"

"Room was very nice and quiet. The only thing is the parking lot is dark. The lights need to be either replaced or repaired!"

"After staying at the Motel 6 hell, the Holiday Inn Express was actually paradise. Very comfortable bed and soft Linens. The lighting was great. The breakfast was also really good."

"I had originally booked a standard queen room. What I got was a temporary full size bed not much better than a rollaway bed. The mattress on said bed was so bad that it left a little bruises on my body due to the lumps. Did not sleep at all the first night. I asked the desk attendant if I could upgrade to a queen size room. He said he would have the manager call me. Did not happen. I next asked if I can get a refund for the second night that I had booked. Of course that didn't happen. Again, he said he would have his manager call me. That did not happen. All in all it's a motel hell! I just left the room and put another room over at the Holiday Inn. Much better! The desk attendance name was Jeremy. Jeremy does not give a rat's patootie about your stay."
