"staff were minimal help when i had a question, zero follow up, felt like there were “long term guests” that lived there which felt intimidating when arriving back late at night. our trailer was broke into at night fortunately it was empty so nothing was stolen."

"The room had silver fish in it. Batteries on the room door lock went dead and the front desk clerk spent more time talking about his other job at a different motel then helping us get into our room. Only one man new how to get into the room and he was an hour away. I got to say though when he got there, he was less then 5 minutes to get us into the room. That man knows how to work a slim-jim. "

"Room was clean and staff were very nice. Breakfast was just okay. Location was good for us. The elevator had some issue so we told them and it was fixed by the morning."

"When my daughter and I entered Room 210 the bedsheets were soiled from feces and blood. The bed cover had numerous cuts and holes. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and there was a large amount of mold inside the bathroom. I told Rick at the front lobby who did not apologize nor offered another room as I would have to pay extra for another room. He cancelled my reservation and told me to get my refund from Expedia. I also noted a partial collapse of the roof in the lobby. After a 14 hour drive, this incident was a terrible experience. Old Mill Inn should not be part of Expedia's inventory. Do Not Stay Here. "Front door of the property broken. Swimming pool closed down for supposed maintenance.Stains on the carpet, cigarette burns in the curtains. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake."

"A dated property that has been kept up. Popcorn ceilings. Good Location if you deal with West Omaha. Easy Parking. Breakfast was cold. Front Desk Staff friendly. The closet was pegs on the wall with hangers."

"This hotel was nice. It was clean. There was some broken and damaged things from. I’m guessing prior stays, but all in all nice place to rest your head."

"Our experience staying here for the past 4 years , about 3-4 times per year, continues to be excellent. The staff are all kind and professional. They all go outta their way including Graciela and Rinaldo, who ensure the guests get a top-notch breakfast experience . Pam, the manager , is always so helpful… John works night shift and it’s always a pleasure to see him again. The pool is clean.. the rooms are spotless .. no complaints ! It might be helpful to have a way to watch Netflix or streaming shows, even if we used our log-in credentials to access.. A second elevator might also be appreciated . Thank you. Paige Walsh"
