"AC was noisy and hair dryer would have been nice"

"The pool was closed the entire weekend. The breakfast was not good. Barely anything to choose from and the food available was not good. There is a Salvation Army next door and there were frequently drugged out people coming into the hotel and some were even staying/living there. I was there with my kids and that was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL!! "

"Nobody ever at front desk. Waited 45 min for someone to come to desk. Extended stay customer service tried to call the property to find staff the phone was left at the desk so no one answered! Asked for refund they told me to call 3rd party. Called 3rd party, they told me to contact hotel. Then tried to get refund for entire stay, 3rd party denied the refund because”after multiple attempts to reach the hotel in your behalf, we are unable to verify the reservation.” Which is bs, the 3rd party (hotels.com) should be able to see I was checked in??? What a nightmare, then had family emergency reached out for help from both parties and neither one helped. "

"Paid for a suite and it was in fairly poor condition. Portions of the ceiling were cracked and looked like they could fall in. The footrest in the shower had also broken and was hanging. There was also pink mold in both the shower and the mini fridge."

"Just really badly needes to be updated. Staff was friendly. Microwave was broken only one roll of tp. For a second didnt think there was any."

"Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. "
