"Hotel front desk and valet were professional and friendly. I ordered a takeout burger from the rooftop restaurant, and it was delicious, done just right, five stars! Our room was immaculately clean and compactly comfortable. We were on the first floor so heard traffic a bit but it wasn’t too bad. (May have seen ghost shapes in the room in the wee hours, but felt nothing to worry about, fell right back to sleep. What did this building used to be?)"

"Public parking was close to the building and easy go navigate. Building and room were very clean. Great place to stay. "

"The location of this hotel is great. Parking is easy, but it's 16$ per day. Rooms are comfortable, AC is noisy, but besides that it's very quite. Breakfast is plenty, and very standard hotel breakfast. All in all we had a very nice stay"

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2 people for 5 days was pretty sparse. Most of the dishes and pots had food stuck on them and had to be washed before using. The price was good if it had been any higher we would have left and got a hotel room somewhere instead. "

"We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). My messages (about parking and about the WiFi) through the Expedia app didn't get responses, and the messages I received as emails from Expedia didn't show that my questions on the app had been read. When I tried to respond to the emails received during our stay (6/24 & 6/25), both links (for management and for Expedia) opened up to empty screens. "
