โall the staffs are well organized and sincerely treating guests.
It's an exceptional experience and makes me feel Pittsburgh's atmosphere.
Evening foot is a surprise and great for gathering a group.
Highly recommendedโ
โLoved that it was pet-friendly but there isnโt a lot of green space nearby. No ice machines but the desk staff were always courteous about filling ice bags. 40th street traffic can be loud but the hotel is so conveniently located to lots of walkable shops and restaurants. โ
โI had to wait nearly an hour for an upgraded room which I hadnโt requested. When the desk clerk explained, I asked for a standard room which was ready. She was very polite and helpful.
I REALLY dislike the half-door shower enclosure! Not only does one side of the body stay cold while the other is warm, but the soap & shampoo is at the cold end of the space.
Refrigerator ice maker didnโt work.
I really appreciated the breakfasts and the Wednesday evening glass of wine. โ
โI had a great stay here. The front desk staff was awesome and everyone I ran into was super polite and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if Iโm in the area. โ
โThis property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. โ
โIt was wonderful from the moment I arrived and the friendly valets helped me until the moment I left. The room was clean and welcoming. The view was phenomenal. The staff all were impeccable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pittsburgh.โ
