โWe loved staying at this hotel with a room overlooking Lake Superior and with all the canal park had to offer. My husband was able to see a ship leave through the aerial vertical lift bridge on the canal. At the brewery next door, there were live cameras monitoring the port entrance, lighthouse and bridge. It was a great stay!โ
โLoved the location. The hotel and accommodations were very good. The breakfast; however, was terrible. There was nobody attending the free breakfast bar and they were out of most items. We went to breakfast an hour before it closed for the morning so there was no excuse for not having an attendant monitoring. There were a lot of people there for their breakfast and they were out of food.โ
โIn an earlier review, I stated that an entry sign for the recessed property was needed. Well, there is one, I just didnโt notice it! Like the locationโclose to Interstate, gas station, good restaurants, a few bars, liquor store, post office. Recently refurbished. โ

โClean, contemporary, very nice room and property. Would have liked a hot tub. Also, couldn't find regular, 2% milk at breakfast. It was a bit challenging to find the hotel, GPS was confused ๐ค.โ
