"Updated and clean hotel. Access to pool and gym limited in the evening. Sofa beds and beds were not that comfortable."

"Staff at check in were very helpful, although I had booked a king room but were asked to take a twin. Then upgraded, however the upgraded room had a dirty sock left in it by the window, the shower didn’t shut properly and the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was nicely maintained and decorated. We didn’t use the executive lounge or many of the amenities as we were arriving quite late and catching an early flight"

"This hotel worked perfectly for me; arriving on a late flight and being able to walk directly into a hotel room from the terminal. The room is tiny and there isn’t a window, but the price is reasonable and who needs a window for a short overnight stop? I will definitely stay there again."

"We have stayed at this hotel 6 times previously, great for the Lingfield races. This occasion we got a first floor race course view close to the finishing post. Turned up 2 hours prior to normal check in time and was allowed to check in. Always find the staff here pleasant and helpful. After the race had drinks in the bar, good atmosphere. Room was great, lovely king size bed. Breakfast was great as usual but very busy at 0845. No shortage of either fresh fruit, cereals or hot full breakfast. Staff kept on top of this. We will use this hotel again."

"Fabulous place. Rooms gorgeous, staff lovely, very welcoming. Pub lovely with a great view, loads of parking, shower great. Only a few rooms so no noise. We had an early flight from Gatwick which was 12 minutes to our long stay car park. Sorry - but have to say - bad form about food. Called up twice and the company have AI answering calls. Asked what time food ends - twice it said 10pm. Had been in work since 6am to get early dart, was absolutely starving. Food ended at 8. Everything else wonderful but sort that out. Either put food times on website or switch off your AI. Will be back at totally worth it for the price. *****"
