โWe arrived late and the lafy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She made check in easy and her customer service is top tier. The room was clean and breakfast was good. If i come back to Birmingham Ill be staying here again. โ
โStay was great. Marcus at the front desk gave us the fastest and most efficient check in ever. We had some issues with the drains for the sink and tub in the room. Front desk got right on it and had maintenance resolve the issue while we were out. Staff were great and helpful. โ
โThis is a newly built property so in great condition. We booked a Studio King and the room was huge. It had a sitting area with a large sofa, a huge work space area and a kitchen. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast had more options than you normally get, 8 toppings for oatmeal, 4 hot entrees, waffles, small quiches, yogurts, and breads.
The front desk was very personable. Convenient location to Homewood and Mountain Brook. โ
