โThe communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is greatโjust a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate.
Itโs unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldnโt do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com.
